Loading valve

If the loading could not work, please check whether there is some- thing wrong with valve coil and seal.

Battery

The hydraulic tester is droved by 12v lithium battery, which can work more than 30h after being charged about 4-8hour, The battery must be charged by equipped charger.

Flow meter

When it could not show data, it is possible that turbo rotor is stopped. Please open the turbine flow sensor and clean it. lf it still could not work, you should connect with manufacturer.

Important Notes Before Use

The loading valve must be unscrew counterclockwise before start-up oft he equipment.It will cause human injury or equipment damage if the loading v alve is fully closed!!

Once the tester accessed with oil pipeline, the pressure will be regulated by Lo ading Valve.

Frigid climate will inf uence on the accuracy of measurement,so oil s hould be cycled some time before test. Until the the temperature g oes up to 30℃,the test shall be conducted.
After the completion of test,power switch should be turned off.
Open Pressure Loading Valv on test!!!

Packing & Delivery

To protect the goods, we pack and fix goods at least two layers. The first layer is plastic bag to protect against moisture, the second is to fix hydrostatic pump in the plywood case because its heavy goods, the third is plywood case, standard export package.
