420 Bar Hydraulic Pressure Tester is dedicated to the hydraulic system detection of excavator hydraulic system. It measures hydraulic pressure, flow and temperature to locate hydraulic faults, supporting on-site maintenance in underground mining conditions.

When connected to the hydraulic system, the hydraulic tester captures pressure, flow and temperature via sensors. It converts the acquired signals into readable data. Operators evaluate the hydraulic system performance and find faults by comparing measured values with rated parameters.

Working Principle

Portable hydraulic tester works by connecting in series or parallel with the hydraulic circuit of kinds of hydraulic system. By analyzing the measured parameters and comparing them with standard values, operators can identify abnormal conditions such as pressure loss, insufficient flow and overheating, so as to judge the working state and locate faults of the hydraulic system.

InstRUMENT MAINTENANCE

◆ Loading valve: Under normal connection conditions, if the loading valve cannot be loaded, check whether there are pollutants inside the valve

◆ Battery: The instrument is equipped with a 12V lithium battery, which can work for up to 30 hours when connected and has a charging time of 4-8 hours per charge

◆ Flow meter: The flow meter cannot display data normally, possibly due to contamination. Please contact the manufacturer for resolution

Packing & Delivery

To protect the goods, we pack and fix goods at least two layers. The first layer is plastic bag to protect against moisture, the second is to fix hydrostatic pump in the plywood case because its heavy goods, the third is plywood case, standard export package.
