Operating Precautions for Portable Hydraulic Testers

Do NOT Exceed Range: It is strictly forbidden to use the tester beyond its maximum rated range (e.g., 0-100 MPa). Overpressure will permanently damage the sensor or cause gauge failure.
Do NOT Operate Under Pressure: Always release the system pressure to zero via the relief valve before connecting or disconnecting the quick coupler between the tester and the equipment. Operating under pressure can cause high-pressure fluid injection, resulting in serious injury.
Do NOT Mix Media: Ensure the tester is compatible with the hydraulic system fluid. Do NOT use a tester designed for mineral oil with other media like water-glycol or phosphate ester, unless the model is explicitly rated for it.

InstRUMENT MAINTENANCE

◆ Loading valve: Under normal connection conditions, if the loading valve cannot be loaded, check whether there are pollutants inside the valve

◆ Battery: The instrument is equipped with a 12V lithium battery, which can work for up to 30 hours when connected and has a charging time of 4-8 hours per charge

◆ Flow meter: The flow meter cannot display data normally, possibly due to contamination. Please contact the manufacturer for resolution

Packing & Delivery

To protect the goods, we pack and fix goods at least two layers. The first layer is plastic bag to protect against moisture, the second is to fix hydrostatic pump in the plywood case because its heavy goods, the third is plywood case, standard export package.
