Loading valve

If the loading could not work, please check whether there is some- thing wrong with valve coil and seal.

Battery

The hydraulic tester is droved by 12v lithium battery, which can work more than 30h after being charged about 4-8hour, The battery must be charged by equipped charger.

Flow meter

When it could not show data, it is possible that turbo rotor is stopped. Please open the turbine flow sensor and clean it. lf it still could not work, you should connect with manufacturer.

Common Faults and Solutions

Inaccurate Pressure Measurement

Cause: It may be due to a damaged pressure sensor, loose connection lines, or impurities in the hydraulic oil affecting pressure transmission.

Solution: First, check if the connection of the pressure sensor is firm. If it is loose, tighten it. Use a multimeter to check if the output signal of the pressure sensor is normal. If not, replace the pressure sensor. Check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. If necessary, replace the hydraulic oil and clean the filter.
