Loading valve

If the loading could not work, please check whether there is some- thing wrong with valve coil and seal.

Battery

The hydraulic tester is droved by 12v lithium battery, which can work more than 30h after being charged about 4-8hour, The battery must be charged by equipped charger.

Flow meter

When it could not show data, it is possible that turbo rotor is stopped. Please open the turbine flow sensor and clean it. lf it still could not work, you should connect with manufacturer.

Notes / Important Notes

Before starting the equipment,loading must be unscrewed (left screwing to th e end).Otherwise,danger easy arises..
Near the loading valve is high-pressure oil inlet, the other is outlet. Loading will not be realized if the inlet and outlet are connected at wrong position.
Please shut off the power when the instrument not in use
This instrument is connected in series with the equipment system tested,and there should be no pressure in the oil outlet.Otherwise,the loading valve cannot screw.
When installing the oilinlet and oiloutlet mouths joint,make sure you use the s panner to position the six-party joint of cabinet,and then connect to the fittings b ody.

Packing & Delivery

To protect the goods, we pack and fix goods at least two layers. The first layer is plastic bag to protect against moisture, the second is to fix hydrostatic pump in the plywood case because its heavy goods, the third is plywood case, standard export package.
