Installation

When MYHT-1 Hydraulic Tester is installed at any position of hydraulic pipe,the hydraulic oil always f bws from near the loading valves to the other end. If reve rse connect arises,no pressure will be formed.In order to obtain the accurate m easurements,the oil inlet and oiloutlet of the tester keep away above30cm awa y from the elbow,tees,valve.

pRECAUTIONS FOR USE

After connecting the instrument, be sure to keep the loading valve open before turning on the device, otherwise it may cause danger!!!

◆ When the tester is working, ensure that the loading valve opens normally

◆ Test completed, turn off the power switch

◆ The instrument test can only be accurate when the oil temperature is above 30 ℃

◆ Before testing, open the loading valve

InstRUMENT MAINTENANCE

◆ Loading valve: Under normal connection conditions, if the loading valve cannot be loaded, check whether there are pollutants inside the valve

◆ Battery: The instrument is equipped with a 12V lithium battery, which can work for up to 30 hours when connected and has a charging time of 4-8 hours per charge

◆ Flow meter: The flow meter cannot display data normally, possibly due to contamination. Please contact the manufacturer for resolution

Packing & Delivery

To protect the goods, we pack and fix goods at least two layers. The first layer is plastic bag to protect against moisture, the second is to fix hydrostatic pump in the plywood case because its heavy goods, the third is plywood case, standard export package.
