Standard Operating Procedure

Correct Connection: Securely connect the tester to the system's pressure port using the correct adapter. Ensure the connection is tight and leak-free.
Pressurize Gradually: Activate the equipment under test, or use its own power source to increase pressure slowly. Observe the pressure rise and avoid pressure spikes.
Stable Reading: Read and record the pressure value only after the gauge reading (needle or digital) has stabilized completely.
Safe Pressure Relief: After testing, first slowly and fully open the tester's relief valve to release all internal pressure to zero.
Disconnection & Cleaning: After confirming zero pressure, disconnect the tester. Clean the couplers and replace the dust caps.

InstRUMENT MAINTENANCE

◆ Loading valve: Under normal connection conditions, if the loading valve cannot be loaded, check whether there are pollutants inside the valve

◆ Battery: The instrument is equipped with a 12V lithium battery, which can work for up to 30 hours when connected and has a charging time of 4-8 hours per charge

◆ Flow meter: The flow meter cannot display data normally, possibly due to contamination. Please contact the manufacturer for resolution

Packing & Delivery

To protect the goods, we pack and fix goods at least two layers. The first layer is plastic bag to protect against moisture, the second is to fix hydrostatic pump in the plywood case because its heavy goods, the third is plywood case, standard export package.
