Use Cases
Construction Machinery Maintenance: During the maintenance of excavators, our portable hydraulic tester can be used to quickly detect the working status of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves and other components. By measuring pressure and flow parameters, the fault can be accurately judged, greatly shortening the maintenance time and improving the availability of the equipment. For example, when an excavator has a problem of weak digging, the hydraulic system is tested using the tester, and it is found that the problem is caused by insufficient flow of the hydraulic pump. InstRUMENT MAINTENANCE
◆ Loading valve: Under normal connection conditions, if the loading valve cannot be loaded, check whether there are pollutants inside the valve
◆ Battery: The instrument is equipped with a 12V lithium battery, which can work for up to 30 hours when connected and has a charging time of 4-8 hours per charge
◆ Flow meter: The flow meter cannot display data normally, possibly due to contamination. Please contact the manufacturer for resolution
